HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Select your preferred size, style, or variation directly on the product page, then click “Add to Cart.” Follow the checkout steps by entering your shipping and payment details to complete the purchase.
Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email and we’ll begin preparing your item right away.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Processing Time: Orders are typically prepared within 3–7 business days. Since many of our items are made-to-order, production may require additional time during peak seasons.

- Standard Shipping: $7.99
- Transit Time: Approximately 9–18 business days
Total estimated timeframe from order date to delivery is generally between 14–30 business days.
MY TRACKING NUMBER IS NOT UPDATING
Tracking details may take 24–72 hours to appear in the carrier’s system after shipment.
If tracking remains inactive after several days, please contact us so we can verify shipment status with the carrier on your behalf.
MY ORDER IS ARRIVING LATE
Most orders are delivered within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout. However, international transit, customs clearance, or seasonal volume may cause occasional delays.
If your order has exceeded the expected delivery window, please email us and we will investigate promptly.
