Order Processing
All orders are prepared and processed within 7–9 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders are processed in the sequence they are received.
Please note that we do not offer same-day shipping. Processing times may be extended if order details are incomplete, billing information cannot be verified, or the shipping address provided is inaccurate. We kindly ask customers to review their information carefully before completing checkout.
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on destination and international shipping conditions. The timeframes below are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, weather conditions, or peak seasons.

Most products are shipped from our international fulfillment partners. While many packages arrive sooner, customers should allow approximately 3–4 weeks for delivery in most cases.
Tracking updates may take several days to appear after dispatch, especially during international transit stages.
Possible Shipping Delays
Shipping timelines may be extended due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Standard Shipping (United States): $7.99
Free Standard Shipping is available for orders over $199.99.
Delivery Guarantee
If your order does not arrive within the maximum estimated timeframe listed above, we may offer a refund of the shipping fee or an appropriate partial refund where applicable.
If a package is confirmed lost and does not arrive within 60 days, customers may be eligible for a full refund for that item.
International Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.
We recommend contacting your local customs office for information regarding potential fees before placing your order.
Incorrect Address Policy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Once an order has been processed or shipped, address modifications may not be possible.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we may offer reshipment or refund minus applicable shipping costs.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused upon delivery or deemed undeliverable after multiple attempts by the carrier, we reserve the right to cancel the order without refund of shipping fees.
Additional fees incurred due to refusal, abandonment, or customs rejection will not be covered by Drovenwear.
